Wall Master, LLC is a design studio in Fairfax, Virginia specializing in artistic wall treatments, faux finishes, and Italian plasters.
Owned and operated by Christopher Moniz, Wall Master has twenty years of experience in designing custom surfaces and unique textures for a wide variety of private and public spaces. Mr. Moniz holds applicator certififcations from internationally recognized lime plaster manufacturer Oikos (Rome, Italy) and synthetic plaster manufacturer Briste Gorup International (Ontario, Canada). He is also an active member of Painting and Decorating Contractors of America (PDCA), International Decorative Artisans League (IDAL), and the Benjamin Moore Professional Painter Advisory Board.
Of Irish and Portuguese descent, born in Panama and raised in Brazil, Christopher began painting at an early age and continued to develop his artistic talents. Mr. Moniz is a graduate of George Mason University, College of Science, where he received a B.S. Geology. This degree gave him a unique understanding of the chemistry of plasters and paint. As part of his continuing professional development, he has attended a number of nationally renowned studios on the East Coast.
